When respite support services are needed, we at Blue Heart Community Care provide different ways for you to get the assistance you and your loved one needs. We understand that caring for those with special needs can be challenging at times, so we strive to help family members/ Support Coordinator who act as primary caregivers feel relieved from their responsibilities in order to provide them with some much-needed rest.
Respite care can be taken at our Cranbourne East facilities located in South East Melbourne
Respite involves taking a break or leaving a place for well-being. Respite may be used as an opportunity to give oneself time to relax in order to shed stress, rejuvenate, or recover from illness or injury.

Blue Heart Community Care is an NDIS registered support coordination service provider. We are committed to supporting participants to become a part of the community. We know that navigating through the NDIS can be perplexing and a stressful experience. You have to understand new terms, learn new processes which further add to the uncertainties and challenges. Our support coordinator constantly strives to guide you through these uncertainties and improve the overall NDIS experience.
What can I expect in a tour while attending?
A tour of our facilities, meeting all of your staff as you go and familiarizing yourself with the layout.
What should I carry? Is any specific documentation required?
Any documentation that we don't have in our records that you feel might be relevant to your case.
How long will the tour take?
Tour usually last around 30 minutes, but we can do things at a slightly faster or slower pace if need be.
How many people can attend the tour at a given time?
The maximum number of people allowed in the palace at one time is 5.
Is it an individual personal tour or with a group?
Tours at our Care Center are personal, customized to each visitor. Chats and questions about the services are always encouraged.
